1. Printed Books
Return Eligibility
Printed books can be returned only if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong book.
- The product has missing pages or manufacturing defects.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Ebooks
- PDF Downloads
- Test Series
- Online Courses
- Current Affairs Digital Magazine
- Downloadable Study Materials
Once purchased or accessed, these products cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Product unavailable after payment
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Replacement Policy
If your printed book is damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost after verification.
Customers may be asked to share:

- Product photos
- Unboxing images (if available)
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Digital products cannot be cancelled after purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the mistake is made by Sai Education World.
